RETURNS + REFUNDS

We hope you love your Rebel Mama Co. order! If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition. 

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Personalized/custom-made items , made-to-order items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for  return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective,  or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
