Processing & Shipping 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item, availability, and fulfillment partner. Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Multiple Packages

We work with multiple fulfillment partners, which means items from the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number. Don't worry- your other Rebel goodies are still on the way! 

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you'll receive it by email once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rebel Mama Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or there appears to be an issue with your shipment, contact us at rebel.mamaco@gmail.com with your order number  and we'll do our best to help.
